• Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education (KACE) or the A-level equivalent should satisfy all the requirements below:
• At least two principal passes in Mathematics and Physics; and
• Two subsidiaries

OR

• Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) Higher National Diploma or any other examining body recognized by the University Senate.

OR

• DeKUT and Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) Diploma holders in Building Technology, with a Credit pass.

NB: Holders of DeKUT/KNEC Diploma in Building Technology are admissible into the second year of study.

Undergraduate Application

1. Two copies of this form should be completed and returned to the Registrar Academic Affairs & Research, Dedan Kimathi University of Technology, Private Bag, Dedan Kimathi-10143, Nyeri.
2. Attach two colored passport size photographs to the application forms.
3. This form should be typed or completed in BLOCK LETTERS.
4. Application fee charges are as follows:
   • KShs 500.00 for Diploma/ Certificate/ Professional Courses
   • KShs 1,000.00 for Degree Courses.
5. The applicant should deposit the application fee in one of the banks listed below and remember to get from the bank the pay-in slip and attach to the application form before submitting to the University:

3. This form should be typed or completed in BLOCK LETTERS.
4. Application fee for Masters Programmes: KShs 1,500. 00
5. Application fee for Post Graduate Diploma Programmmes: KShs. 1,500.00
6. Application fee for Doctorate Programmes: KShs. 3,000.00
