(i) An applicant shall satisfy entry requirements for Bachelor of Civil Aviation Management (BCM) as stipulated by Moi University Senate.

(ii) Must have a minimum mean grade of C+ (Plus) at Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) OR its equivalent recognized by Moi
University Senate and have C+(Plus) in Mathematics, C+ (Plus) in English, C+ (Plus) in any other Business related courses OR

(iii) Must be a holder of Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education with two principals (2 P) plus at least a pass in maths and English at „O‟ Level OR

(iv) Be a holder of Diploma in Aviation studies validated by commission for University Education [CUE} with at least a credit OR

(v) Be a holder of professional certificate in aviation studies recognised by CUE

Self Sponsored Students

To join the university as a self sponsored student, follow the steps below:

1. Check the programme that you want to undertake and ensure you meet the programme qualifications stated in "Our Programmes" section.
2. If you have already registered, login into the portal to make your application. If you have not registered click on register and provide the required information
3. After you login, Fill in the required information in each step of the application
4. Finish the application process and submit your application.
5. Pay the indicated application fee depending on the programme (find payment details below)

Government Sponsored Students

To join the university as a Government (KUCCPS) sponsored student, follow the steps below:

1. First ensure you have received an invitation to our university from KUCCPS.
2. Click on login at the top of this page or at the bottom of this section.
3. Login using your KCSE index number
4. The first time you login, you are required to accept or reject the programme you have been offered. Accepting the offer gives you the access to other services while rejecting denies you access to any other services.
5. Fill in the the required registration details
6. Download your admission letter
7. Click to login to portal

Documents Required for Application & Registration

To apply or register for a programme, you are required to attach the following documents:

1. Passport photo - a clear passport sized photo is required
2. Scanned National ID - Applys to only Kenyan applicants who are above 18 years of age.
3. Scanned Passport - applys to Non-Kenyan applicants
4. Academic certificates - at least 2 academic certificates are required. Example KCPE & KCSE certificates.
