(i) Minimum mean grade of C+ at KCSE and an average of C+ in Biology, English and Chemistry and either Physics or math‟s and a weighted cluster points of 28 and above

OR

(ii) “A” level: 3 Principle passes in Biology and Chemistry and either Physics and Mathematics

OR

(iii) Pass with at least credit in Diploma in Environmental Health from Kenya Medical Training College or an equivalent institution

Self Sponsored Students

To join the university as a self sponsored student, follow the steps below:

Government Sponsored Students

To join the university as a Government (KUCCPS) sponsored student, follow the steps below:

1. First ensure you have received an invitation to our university from KUCCPS.
2. Click on login at the top of this page or at the bottom of this section.
3. Login using your KCSE index number
4. The first time you login, you are required to accept or reject the programme you have been offered. Accepting the offer gives you the access to other services while rejecting denies you access to any other services.
5. Fill in the the required registration details
6. Download your admission letter
7. Click to login to portal

Documents Required for Application & Registration

To apply or register for a programme, you are required to attach the following documents:

1. Passport photo - a clear passport sized photo is required
2. Scanned National ID - Applys to only Kenyan applicants who are above 18 years of age.
3. Scanned Passport - applys to Non-Kenyan applicants
4. Academic certificates - at least 2 academic certificates are required. Example KCPE & KCSE certificates.
