• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination with an aggregate average of at least grade C- (C Minus) or equivalent qualifications.
• International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) examination grade D.
• Any other Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB) technician or diploma examination certificate.

2. Fill in the Form

• Fill and submit the application from to an enrollment coordinator at any of our campuses or mail it to us through our post office address.

3. Pay the Application Fee

• Pay the application fee through the following:
  • Credit or Debit cards (Visa or Mastercard)
  • Banker’s cheque
  • KCA Bank Accounts

4. Gather Necessary Documents

• Show the enrollment coordinator the originals and submit copies of the following documents:

Undergraduate Documents:

• High school certificate (KCSE, IGSCE, IB, etc.)​
• Academic transcripts or result slip
• National ID or Birth Certificate or Passport
• Two (2) colour passport size photographs
• Proof of application fee payment (KSh 1000)

Graduate Documents:

• Bachelors certificate and transcripts
• Recent curriculum vitae
• Letter from employer
• Proof of application fee payment (KSh 3000)

5. Get Admitted

• If your applications is complete and you meet the admission requirements, you will be issued your Admission letter in a few minutes!
