• The diploma in Fashion Design and Interior Decoration is a two year diploma program that allows students to explore the exciting world of design and begin to understand the background and knowledge needed to develop a career in this field. 
• Students are required to undertake rigorous practical which involve learning how to create and design clothes from scratch and are also involved in fashion shows which are a requirement to complete their diploma course. These skills are necessary to build a successful business and begin developing the kind of portfolio that will lead to future career opportunities.

Undergraduate Application

1. Two copies of this form should be completed and returned to the Registrar Academic Affairs & Research, Dedan Kimathi University of Technology, Private Bag, Dedan Kimathi-10143, Nyeri.
2. Attach two colored passport size photographs to the application forms.
3. This form should be typed or completed in BLOCK LETTERS.
4. Application fee charges are as follows:
   • KShs 500.00 for Diploma/ Certificate/ Professional Courses
   • KShs 1,000.00 for Degree Courses.
5. The applicant should deposit the application fee in one of the banks listed below and remember to get from the bank the pay-in slip and attach to the application form before submitting to the University:
