he following shall be eligible for registration for the Master of Science in Food Science Technology:

Either;

1. A holder of at least a Second Class Honors (Upper Division) Bachelors of Science degree in Food Science and Technology of DeKUT or any other institution recognized by the University Senate as being of equivalent academic status, OR
2. A holder of a Bachelor of Science degree of at least Second Class Honors (Upper Division), in a related field, which is recognized by the University Senate as an adequate pre-requisite for M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology OR
3. A holder of a Second Class Honors (Lower Division), Bachelor of Science degree from DeKUT or any other institution which isrecognized by the University Senate as being of equivalent academic status and who in addition must show proof of at least two years relevant experience.

Undergraduate Application

1. Two copies of this form should be completed and returned to the Registrar Academic Affairs & Research, Dedan Kimathi University of Technology, Private Bag, Dedan Kimathi-10143, Nyeri.
2. Attach two colored passport size photographs to the application forms.
3. This form should be typed or completed in BLOCK LETTERS.
4. Application fee charges are as follows:
   • KShs 500.00 for Diploma/ Certificate/ Professional Courses
   • KShs 1,000.00 for Degree Courses.
5. The applicant should deposit the application fee in one of the banks listed below and remember to get from the bank the pay-in slip and attach to the application form before submitting to the University:

2. Attach four colored passport size photographs to the application forms.
3. This form should be typed or completed in BLOCK LETTERS.
4. Application fee for Masters Programmes: KShs 1,500. 00
5. Application fee for Post Graduate Diploma Programmmes: KShs. 1,500.00
6. Application fee for Doctorate Programmes: KShs. 3,000.00
